How does multi-vehicle coordination work for large events?+
For events requiring 5 or more vehicles, a named Chauffeurz account manager coordinates the full booking from the initial brief through post-event departure. You provide a passenger list with hotel or residence collection addresses and target arrival time at the venue; we build a dispatch plan that staggers arrivals 2-3 minutes apart to prevent bunching at the red carpet or door. All drivers share a single WhatsApp dispatch line with the account manager and your event coordinator. Bookings up to 20 vehicles are handled routinely, larger requests quoted individually.

Do your drivers sign NDAs for confidential launches or premieres?+
Yes, at no additional cost. Non-disclosure agreements are signed by the assigned driver before the first booking for any client requesting them — standard for embargoed product launches, film premieres with talent transport, celebrity events, and confidential corporate hospitality. Chauffeurz also holds a company-wide confidentiality policy binding on every driver regardless of NDA status. Your own custom NDA form is accepted; alternatively we provide a standard template drafted with a UK employment solicitor.
Do you handle weddings?+
Yes, though weddings are not our core specialism — the dedicated wedding car sector in London (vintage Rolls-Royce specialists, classic Bentley operators, wedding limousine companies) covers that segment thoroughly. We handle smaller-scale weddings for existing corporate or private clients, particularly where the bride and groom already know our service from other bookings and want the same standard on their day.
