- Hold a Valid TfL Private Hire License:
All Chauffeurz drivers must have a valid TfL Private Hire License, ensuring you are fully qualified to operate within London’s transportation network. - Be a UK Resident with a National Insurance Number:
This ensures you are legally allowed to work in the UK and can be part of our professional driving team. - Extensive Knowledge of London’s Geography and Fluent English:
Our chauffeurs need to navigate London with ease, avoiding traffic and taking the best routes. Fluent English is also essential for clear communication with our clients. - Complete Our Chauffeur Onboarding Program:
Before you begin driving with us, you’ll need to complete our Chauffeur Onboarding Program. This training ensures you meet the elite standards of service that our clients expect.
Vehicle Standards
Our clients expect more than just a ride—they expect a luxury experience. To meet these expectations, all vehicles in our fleet must adhere to the following standards:
- Fully Licensed by TfL:
Each vehicle must be fully licensed by TfL, confirming it meets all necessary regulations for safety and quality. - Covered by Hire and Reward Insurance:
To protect both you and your passengers, your vehicle must have comprehensive hire and reward insurance. - Meet Our Strict Vehicle Standards:
We only accept vehicles that meet our high standards of luxury and comfort. The following models are currently accepted:- Mercedes-Benz E-Class, V-Class, or S-Class
- BMW 5 Series or 7 Series
- other licensed luxury cars (please contact us)
- Vehicle Condition:
All vehicles should be in excellent condition, with no significant wear and tear, and should be not older than 2018. Preferred colors include black, grey or silver to maintain our brand’s image of elegance and sophistication.
